Premium Plan

Our Premium Service Plan takes everything in our standard plan even further. This plan includes coverage and maintenance of other vehicle parts critical to your safety as well as the smooth running of the vehicle over a preset timeline or mileage limit timeline.

Every 3 Months or 5,000 Km

Lubrication service using either semi synthetic or synthetic grade oils as prescribed by the manufacturer
Multi-Point Inspection – an assessment of your vehicle to point out parts which may need additional attention or replacement.
Inspect & Adjust Fluid Levels including – transmission fluid, steering oil, brake fluid, etc.
Rotating the tires for wear and tear
Check & Adjust Tire Pressure (Including Spare)
Inspect and replace where applicable:
Tires for unusual wear & damage,
Brake Pads & Linings,
Brake Discs & Drums,
Brake Lines & Hoses.

Every 18 Months or 30,000 Km

Inspect Air Filter (Replace If Applicable)
Lubricate Door & Hood Hinges (If Applicable)
Lubricate Propeller Shaft & Re-Torque Propeller Shaft Bolts (4WD)
Lubricate Drive Shaft Bushings (If Applicable)
Lubricate Steering Knuckle (If Applicable)

Inspect The Following:

All Interior & Exterior Lights
Ball Joints & Dust Covers
Drive Shaft Boots
Exhaust Pipes & Mountings
Steering Gear Box, Linkage & Boots
External Accessory Drive Belts
Parking Brake Lining & Drums
Fuel Lines & Connections (Replace Filter If Applicable)
Steering Lines & Hoses
Free Towing during emergencies**

Standard Service Plan

Our Standard Service Plan ensure all base line requirements for your car are in place based on the manufacturer’s recommendation (every 5,000 Km or 3 months). This includes:

Lubrication service using either semi synthetic or synthetic grade oils as prescribed by the manufacturer
Multi-Point Inspection – an assessment of your vehicle to point out parts which may need additional attention or replacement.
Inspect & Adjust Fluid Levels including – transmission fluid, steering oil, brake fluid, etc.

Check & Adjust Tire Pressure (Including Spare)
Inspect and recommend repair where applicable:

- Brake Pads & Linings,

This plan is available on payment plan which allow you spread payments over the course of a year.

Premium Package

Premium Package shall include the below in addition to the Basic Package and shall be charged at a 10% initial one-off deposit of N44, 200.00 and N7,300 weekly

Replacement of Shaft
Replacement of Shock Absorber (Max 1 set of 2, Maximum 2 times per year)
Replacement of 1 extra broken side mirror (2 in total)
Replacement of Windscreen if bad (Maximum 2 times per year)
Full exterior spraying and baking – current colour
Free installation of Glass guard on all windows (excluding windshield)
Free replacement of 1 Battery (Maximum 2ce per year)
Free Check and Change of up to 4 Tyres (per year)
Maximum of 4 emergency pickups on an annual service plan
20% discount on all other labour and parts procured for repairs

In addition, Provider will provide partner-drivers in Nigeria who subscribe to any of the above packages the following services at no cost the partner-drivers

Lunch/Refreshments during repair (Snack and Drink)
Free full diagnostics and report
Up to 20% discount on all further repairs at cost to partner depending on package
Free Basic Car Washing after every service carried out
Package services apply to every 5,000 Kilometres

Gold Package

Gold Package shall include the below in addition to the Basic Package and shall be charged at a 10% initial one-off deposit of N31,200 and N5,000 weekly

Servicing every 5km
Free Check of Windscreen and applying stopper up to twice a year
Free Check and Change of up to 2 tyres
Free Check and replacement of 1 broken side mirror once a year
Free Head Lamp Wash and Bulb Replacement once a year
Free Body Spraying and Panel beating scratches and dents up to 2 sqm once a year
Free Check and Replacing of Cooling Fan and Fan Belt up to 4 times a year
Replace A/C Gas (Maximum 4 times per year)
Lubricate Propeller Shaft & Re-Torque Propeller Shaft Bolts (4WD)
Lubricate Drive Shaft Bushings
Lubricate Steering Knuckle
Maximum of 2 emergency pickups on an annual service plan
15% discount on all other labour and parts procured for repairs

Basic Package

Basic Package shall include the following below and shall be charged at a 10% initial one off deposit of N15,600 and a further N3,000 weekly

Check and Replace Engine Oil (if necessary)
Check and Replace Brake and Clutch Oil
Check and Replace Power Steering Fluid
Check and Replace Transmission Fluids
Inspect Tyres for unusual wear & damage
Rotating tyres for wear and tear
Check and Gauge Existing Tyres (including spare)
Check and replace A/C Filter
Check and Replace Oil Filter
Check and Replace Radiator Coolant
Check and Replace Brake Pads and Linings (Max 2 changes per year)
Check and Replace Spark Plugs
Check and Wheel Alignment and Balance if not aligned
Check and Replace Wipers
Check Pipes & Mountings
Lubricate Door Hinges
Maximum of 1 emergency tow truck pickup on an annual service plan
10% discount on all other labour and parts procured for repairs
